Really chill vibe. A friend and I hung out on the back patio for awhile under the trees, had a couple drinks, and played cards. The place is welcoming and unassuming, and I felt comfortable.

One of the better dive bars on cap hill. Friendly bartenders, typical bar food (on the better side of such) and always a reasonable bartab. Huge back patio, smoking, fenced smoking area, and DOG FRIENDLY

This is my favorite bar in Seattle and arguably my top watering hole for the entire west coast. The staff is always cool and welcoming, patrons are usually a great mix of long time locals, newbies and diverse people of all types, and the tap list is pretty strong, from PBR to whatever the latest brand in the latest style may be. I've been making this a pit stop for at least a decade when I visit town (I have family right in the neighborhood). I always get into good and interesting conversation.

We went for their weekend brunch. This place looks like a little dive bar, but do not let that stop you from coming! The food was the most reasonably priced, delicious food we had in the few days we were here. I had the steak and eggs for $14 dollars, and my fiancé had some nachos. Mine was better. They also have a few arcade games. One of them, Ninja Turtles, was the game of my childhood that I haven’t seen anywhere else in 16 years.

Wait staff were surprisingly attentive despite the busy happy hour scene. Great happy hour deals. Burger and tots were super solid.
